Stage 1

Applied

We understand that students and graduates may not have the exact workplace experience so when reviewing your application, we prioritise good predicted A-level and Degree grades and of course a well-organised format!

So what makes you standout? Make sure to emphasise the skills and hobbies you've developed through your journey in education so far and any work experiences you may have too. 
Stage 2

Telephone Call

We are on the lookout for ambitious and passionate studiers that fit within our company culture, so our initial telephone or Microsoft Teams calls allow us to assess your communication skills and potential for the role you applied for. 
Stage 3

Recruitment Evening

What better way to get to know you than a Recruitment evening at our office! 

It is an enjoyable and insightful evening where you'll have the chance to meet some of our key team members, learn more about the DJH company culture, listen to some of our studiers, and discover the exciting opportunities that we have available. Plus, it's a fantastic opportunity for us to really get to know each other in a much more relaxed and informal setting.

We don't expect perfection, but we do look for individuals that are personable and approachable. 

Our format for the evening is subject to change dependent on the particular office you have applied for, but we will ensure that you have all the necessary details emailed to you before the day. 
Stage 4

Interview

Now that you know all there is to know about us, we want to understand more about you. 

This interview will be with a member of our Leadership team and will be more of an informal discussion for around 40/45 minutes to discuss the role you've applied for, DJH and our culture, as well as where you could fit within our team!
Stage 5

Hired

Success! It's time to start your DJH journey!

You will be fully briefed by a member of our Talent Team about the on-boarding process and what to expect before your first day to eliminate any of those day one nerves.
